What are the nearest airports?

JFK, La Guardia, Newark, Westchester

Can I get to the hotel or IBM by public transit?

The Mount Kisco train station is located on the Harlem Line of the Metro-North Railroad. Other nearby stations are Croton-Harmon (~15 minutes by car) and White Plains station (~25 minutes by car).

Renting a car is or using a ride share service (Uber) is recommended.

Can I walk to the hotel from IBM?

No. At over 6 miles, it’s too far to walk.

Is there parking?

Yes. From Route 134, enter the main entrance behind the IBM sign and drive to the security gate and press the buzzer. Tell security you are attending the RINGS meeting in the ThinkLab. Park in front of the building and enter through the lobby doors.

IBM Wi-Fi Information

An email with your IBM Guest Wi-Fi credentials will be sent to the registered email address before the PI Meeting. Save this information, and follow the instructions below to connect while on-site.

Set Up IBMInternet Guest Wi-Fi On-Site:

  1. In the menu bar, click the Wi-Fi icon.
  2. Select IBMInternet.
  3. Open a web browser and access an external web page, such as https://www.ibm.com. If you can’t access the internet and don’t get redirected to the login screen, try a different URL in your browser, such as https://www.research.ibm.com.
  4. A Sign On page appears when trying to connect to IBMInternet.
  5. On the Sign On page, enter the Username and Password you received, then click “I agree to the terms and conditions”.
  6. Click Sign On.
